Having come to an agreement with a new location for our event (in the Studio City area), I'll start getting things ready. We should have a web page and listing up shortly.

But glad to hear that you'll be there. DL, VX, B6 (not to be confused with B3 lol) all fly nonstops cheap from FLL, and with DL, you might even get something cheaper through ATL from PBI.
