I just looked at the M&G for the 1st time I think this is a great Idea. I'm in the DC/ NOVA area. How do I find out when and were the M&G is to be held. I have made appointments a few time to be so dissapointed that the photos are ten years old and 30 pounds ago. It would be great to meet a few providers in a happy hour atmosphere. So can anyone in the DC, VA, MD area help ??

I think he's right on target, it's what the M&Gs are for. You get to meet the ladies before scheduling time with them and before finding they may not be to your liking. The opposite happens as well, you may meet someone you never would have booked with. All the research in the world doesn't tell you the kind of chemistry you may develop.

That being said, DC M&Gs have been under a lot of scrutiny the past few months and things have gotten quieter and more reserved. Anyone that may be too new or unknown is out of luck. It's a simple matter of trust. You've been out of sight for a couple of years, CD, so not everyone remembers you, even our esteemed mod.

Thanks balto I have been out of the hobby for a year or so, but I'm back in it now. Like you said all of the research in the work is not as good as a five minute conversation.

If you are well enough known and can put up with all the crap that comes with it. Of course you could also suggest a happy hour gathering and see who would reply and join you.

But maybe you should do a little research on the DC board to see what's been written or discussed regarding M&G's. You might also do a search on another board where you will find even more reason not to bother.

See, some people thrive on BS and drama so the past few attempts were met with threats, fear and loathing.

So, maybe someone else should give it a try and see if they are met in the same fashion.

Where? Oh hell, no one really cares to get out with other hobbyist unless there's women, preferably providers.

Anyway, the MnG's are likely a thing of the past. I enjoyed them up to a point where it became threatening. Some people just don't want others to have fun, I only wish they would raise their hands so we would no who not to invite LOL...

I would love to go to a M&G in DC.  I am based in Richmond but I plan to spend most of my time in November and December in Tysons and Fredricksberg.  

Please let know if things change and there is a M&G I would love to make new friends in NOVA/DC.
