I've been coordinating and hosting Meet and Greets for over 10+ yrs. now.
(ooopps, make those "get-togethers" with some of some of my very very interesting "friends".....)
Thinks it's too much to have another one in late July? I have a mailing list of 600+ people gathered over the years, and with limited access to TER from Chicago people (those without a VPN) it's a little difficult to ask my peeps this question without inundating them all with email.

TER with its new policies makes verifying both men and women a lot more difficult nowadays, and I will not alter my methods on how to acquire an invitation. For the April event that just occurred, I had 40+ inquiries where none of those gentlemen would offer up any information regarding who they were, who they have seen, etc. A TER handle never was enough to be invited, and nowadays especially that would still apply.
Thought I'd toss this question out here in case anyone wants to chime in...
Perhaps even consider setting up franchises in every major city as well.

But seriously, do be very careful, I know that the whole SESTA situation has but the kibosh on doing M&Gs in other areas.

Usually, I have 2 a year, one in April, one in October - the Halloween Party.

But, I do think the frequency of these will be less due to the new laws that passed plus its alot of work to verify since many platforms have been removed or just left the scene.
It's very nice to see that you will continue to have such as you say "gtg's" now or in the future.
I have heard about a recent one in lower SoCal (SD) that was planned and guys have paid ahead to attend. But, than the host cancels and has left all the people who have paid with 'NO" refund or know return emails.
From what I've heard from both ladies and gents who we're going to attend that the "excuse" to cancel is sort lets say
"curious" or are you sure?!
I've met the host at several parties before and it very nice person and has wonderful reviews.
But, when paid entrance is required before the party and "know" communication is updated on daily or weekly
about refund or etc. That is truly SAD!
Its not about the monetary it's about the sincerity and integrity of that person who has taken the monetary.
I do hope they continue cause I've been attending many different ones from all over the states.

had to change our requirements.
Just remember folks....these are just cocktail parties...nothing more!
Yes planning is very time consuming so we have decided on 2 per year and we alternate
between Orlando and Tampa, Florida. Our next one is in Orlando next week.
Personally we, as providers, summer time is very difficult as alot of gents are on vacation with
families, kiddos out of school.

I had that one in late summer several years back.
I had lots of rsvp then cancellations.
You remember it well.
Sorry i missed last Halloween. I was exiled on Main street in st Chuck's working too many hours. I did a rip van winkle before the bash and mised it. I heard it was a blast.
