For those who may not have plans or just want to have a low-key kind of celebration, I am thinking about having a small dinner (good food believe me) and drinks party as a way to say goodbye to 2013. It will be about 15-25 people and a lot of fun, please reach out by PM if you'd be interested.

Last year a friend of mine from Cali made a rare visit to NYC for that holiday...oh, what a night!  

Since a repeat of that seems unlikely, this is worth considering...
