I travel every week and know that I am some cities where M and G's are going on. Is this the only place where I can find out and hopefully get invited?

I know your dilemma and I wish it were that easy. The only success I been able to find in TER is to constantly check several other Boards, not just the Meet & Greet Board. Sometimes, strangely enough, I've seen M&Gs actually posted on other BB besides this one. My advice is to continue to check this BB but in addition to that, periodically check the General Discussion BB, the various Regional Boards for the cities you plan to be in (that is how I found out about some M&Gs that were not posted on the main M&G BB) and you might also want to check the In Search Of BB just in case.
