I have secured a venue for the Meet and Greet but would like to get some feedback on the dates.

Looking more toward the beginning of July.

Are weekends or weekdays better.

The weekends might work best, unless its on a Thur or friday after 7pm or so

Weekends and weekdays both have their own issues. I may be able to make both, though

I'd suggest waiting till after the july 4th rush has subsided...

weekdays are typically better for committeds and marrieds, weekends are better for the players, stayers, and of course, the payers.

A weekend would be best for me. This is something that the bay area needs.

I haven't forgotten, folks. Just  been really busy balancing clients and such. Sage knows how it is!!

Weekends are better, as are evenings.
Avoid holidays also.

I've been to meets/greets in LV, NYC and DC and the ones which were most fun with best attendees followed the weekend scenario.
