Any plans for or has there ever been a meet & greet in Wash DC? If not I am too new to the board to start or sponsor one but I certainly can help with details behind the scene and sponsorship.
You will never get a response to this question on this or any other board. This particular city is never discussed. PERIOD! Actually there are no private M & G's in D.C. Any parties tend to be happy hours to which certain people are invited. They don't necessarily have anything to do with TER. In order to get an invitation you must be vetted by the appropriate people.
if you ever want to be invited to a happy hour or any other hobby event, you need to be a contributing member to the community.
Reviews, board posts, intel on new or UTR ladies, something.
You have to be a giver in order to receive, it is just the way it is.

Actually, I left DC about 5 years ago, but prior to that we had a lot of meet and greets! Usually they included the providers, but the guys (about 15 of us) also got together occasionally for lunch at one of the better restaurants in DC. Our outings with the gals were usually in the backroom of Walenski's (sp?) and were great fun. On one occasion, we even put together a retirement party for "Cassie", one of the very first "internet providers" in DC and a very classy lady. As for me, I was the moderator of the (WOOF-WOOF)(edited) board for about a year and loved the community we had at that time.

Before you arrived here at TER there was a lot of drama and threats targeted at some of our members. After canceling 2 M&Gs because of LE threats and rumors of being outted on the local news and having some members private info posted on numerous boards and such we thought it was best to scale things back. M&Gs in DC happen, they are just much more scaled back affairs.
You've only been here a month and you have no reviews and no white lists. but in that time you've been a good contributer, keep it up and continue to build relationships with the guys and gals here on TER. Let everyone get to know you.
