Hello everyone.

I am going to attempt to put together a meet and great in Atlanta. The idea is simple a place where a few us newbies and veterans here can get to meet with others, share some laughs, and be merry.

My currently issues are as follows and would like some feedback.

1. Location .. ATM I am thinking of renting out a Suite or a banquet room in a hotel somehwere downtown or near permiter so everyone can partake without to much excess travel. But I am open to any suggestions. Some mentioned a strip club but I think that may end up being too loud and even more distracting (but I am sure some end up there later anyways).

2. Guests I have been advise to limit this somewhat for the safety of everyone. Thus providers with more than 3 reviews would be ok and hobbiest with more than 5 reviews posted or if you can have someone vouch for you would be fine. I got some PM informing me that I can get some help in the screening process.

3. Need assistance from a more senior member here in Atlanta who can kind of guide me a bit on the screening process and the invite list.

4. This a big one the question when should we do this? Because of the holiday season, should we try this before the end of the year or after? I really need some feedback on this issue.
