Body Care Center, Mimosa and Honey Spas don't utilize Nuru gel. They don't heat the rooms or their tables either. They all are using coconut oil and you're getting a basic body slide. They advertise Nuru and charge you more but it is not the genuine experience. Nuru gel is quite slippery and thicker than coconut oil.
How do I know? I know the owners of these spas and am familiar with several of the well reviewed ladies from them.
You can find a genuine Nuru experience in OC with some independent providers though. Check the boards that list reviews for massage providers.
To be perfectly honest I don't care one way or another for the purity of a true nuru experience.

Yes, there is a great one in Torrance called Skin & Body Studio. The girls there are great and I’ve never had a bad experience in my 20+ times going there. They use coconut oil or nuru gel for a little extra $ and it’s a really nice spa with a mirror in the room and nice shower after.
