Not exactly what catagory it fall into (medicine?), but to me the face cradle makes a good massage a wonderful massage.

It is so difficult to find a way to keep the neck from kinking if you are lying on your stomach and have to keep turning your head left or right every few minutes.  Trying to keep the head centered means you can't breath.

The best massage gals have face cradles in their incalls, and even travel on outcalls with their own massage table equiped with same.

I just want to lend my support to you gals who use them and encourage all gals to do so.

Plus, face cradles allow you to look down and see their pretty feet when they are massaging the head and shoulders.

Without a doubt the face cradle can enhance comfort. I have had some good ones and not so good ones. One suggestion for improvement would be the ability to raise it for the flip. When you turn over generally you have to slide down a foot or so, so she can slide in a pillow or a towel roll. It would be much nicer just to raise the cradle preferably enough for a good view of her!  Another thought would be a mirror angled just right to a mirror on the wall so you can watch her.. (I am just dreaming but I have ideas to make it reality)

another massage table feature I like is the arm trapeze. The little swing that you can rest your arms on under the table. A heated table is also great. I remember one massage where I was freezing the whole time.
Another nice touch is on the flip if she would slide a roll of towels under your knees. it elevates your legs just enough for enhanced pleasure. Also the roll under your feet while you are face down is a must.

I hope massage people read this post, there are just so many little details that can make a great massage a memorable one.

So nice to meet someone that truly enjoys and has thought about how to enhance the experience.

As much effort as I put into trying to have a beautiful comfortable space when traveling... it's hard enough walking through the airports with a table and suitcase of general supplies incl. linens, and another suitcase with my clothing... I can't imagine trying to travel with a table warmer as well.  The strain and fuss is one of the reasons I travel for work only occasionally.

I agree that the accessories to a table can make a world of difference!  Local incall ladies are your best bet to have all the bells and whistles.

I'm partial to a pillow so I can look up and around on occasion. Never did like sticking my face in a big round hole.

When traveling abroad this is what I do.
1. Take the pillow portion only of the face cradle and slip it in my naughty bag.  It's easy to put on a bed to avoid the cramped neck muscles.
2.  Roll up a hand towel and form it into a crescent for the forehead to rest on and then roll up a wash cloth for the chin to rest on.  It takes a little adjusting, but it leaves the neck comfortable and elevates the head off the bed just enough to have a breathing pocket.

Happy HE!
