Koopers Tavern is located in Fells Point directly across the street from the water taxi stop in Fells Point.  If you get a window seat, or sit outside there is a nice view of the water there.  It is a nice, casual place that offers a great atmosphere and delicious menu.  They boast having the best burger there.  I must admit I think they do!  I love their warm wraps, and ice cold draft beer.

Regis American Tavern is located in the Federal Hill section of Baltimore.  I discovered this little gem during restaurant week a few years ago.  They have a nice outdoor area, and the dining area inside offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere.  The food here is a bit more upscale than Koopers.  But it is a quaint restaurant you can relax and enjoy a farm fresh meal in.  (Their claim to fame is farm to fork.)  Everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients.  I have enjoyed some excellent meals here at a reasonable price.  They have an extensive wine list, and mix up some amazing martinis too!

I would choose Koopers Tavern for a casual, delicious meal with a great view.  I would choose Regis for a superb meal, delicious martinis, fine wine, and relaxing atmosphere.  Not for the view.

Oops!  I forgot the apostrophe!  It is Regi's not Regis.  Just to be clear.  Sorry about that!  LOL

I frequently have business partners come into town and ask me where to go for crabs and seafood.  Phillips is the normal trap for tourists.  I rarely go into the city any more so I am hoping you have sme ideas for seafood.  When i do go into the city, love Little Italy myself.

Cantler's lacks a scenic downtown location, but it's the best place to eat seafood, and reasonably priced as well.
