Hick town ?

Ok that's your perception but not our reality.

We do quite well in Frederick area. It's the intersection of North /South US-15 East -/West I-70 & I270 highways. This is a serious logistical advantage if you know how to exploit it.

Now granted, the choices of hotels is not what it could be but we've learned to work with it.

I will give you this:

Some area's based upon what we call Psycho-demographic trends have general preferences.  We're able to see this because we're an agency, thus we see which associates tend to garner
the most amount of interest in which geographical areas. I'm still collecting data but there is starting to be a clear trend, which body type plays a role, as to preferences by City, Town or county area.

I respect your prospective which is based upon the results you've generated for yourself, I'm merely pointing out your "presented absolute" isn't true for us.
