Why is it that Baltimore doesn't have a top 10 or 100 list for providers?

In Baltimore, there are only 67 providers ranked at 7.5 or above and that's going all the way back to 2010. If you do just the last year, it's 45. Soooo, basically... not necessary.

It's too funny actually.....if you look at the National Top 100 list, there is no one from either Baltimore or DC as of this time today.

So what does all of this stuff means?  Do we have to start eating somewhere else to get to the top 10 or 100 list?Lol
