On my flight to Baltimore from Detroit I was one of the first to board the plane. The guy in front of me pushed my suitcase out of the over head compartment claiming it as his own. A nice gentleman jumped up to help me even telling the man to move aside. I was a little flustered and didn’t make eye contact with him. When we landed he jumped up to help me again. That’s when I noticed he was a client. I delete EVERYTHING and have no way of sending him a thank you. This seemed the best place to say thank you. I hope he is still on these boards. Chivalry exists! Gotta love the nice guys!
