Dear CDL, the OP has had many aliases here that pre-date your presence here, but "her" signature of stupidity, and sheer, unadulterated dense, doltish, buffoonery is unparalleled.  So the fact that she fails to understand that links from sources like the Post and the Times can't be opened by most people is hardly a surprise.

That doesn't necessarily mean it is on a similar increase in P4P, but to your point - no, it's not good for anyone.

For the past week or two.The title of the link provides  the majority of what the article is about.

Why would P4P be exempt. The article even mentioned that people sometimes trade sex for money so they can purchase illicit drugs.  

I wasn't even posting this in relation to P4P.
