I seem to recall those pictures accompanying an ad that said something about moving up here from FL, and I remember wondering at the timing -- reverse snowbirds are unusual.  Maybe this was back in the fall?  Don't remember for sure, and I never saw her, so I can't vouch for the lady.  Still, it vaguely rang a bell, so I thought I'd chime in.
