I have heard that before but I have been a merchant with them for 14yrs and never had a issue, I've been accepting credit cards through them for 4yrs. I still believe that for a hobbyist, it's the easiest and safest way to send money. They have come along way since 2000.

I have used it many times and had no problems, I guess it depends on how the account is listed with them. If it is something they suspect there could be a problem. I'd give it a try and see how it works ... Good luck!!
I don't advise to use it in the hobby. There was no link in any way shape or form to my paypal info and my escort info either. Have no idea how they got wind but they did.
DC June 1-2A provider I know had a client pre-book a multi-hour appointment, he paid in full via paypal. After their appointment he contacted paypal and had the charges reversed. She tried to fight it but paypal sided with the guy. She lost a large amount of money due to this and no longer accepts paypal.
