I have had little success getting responses from providers to email requests. I provide appt request specifics, provider references and offer additional verification. I typically only reach out to ladies with reviews and known histories but have had better luck with newer ladies. Have you all noticed a similar challenge making appts? Is it the market?
I have not experienced this. I usually reach out to ladies on P411 with my initial contact. But even when they are not P411 members and I send emails, I usually get a pretty quick reply.

Do you check in your spam folder? I use protonmail and many clients have told me that my emails go into their spam.
Are you inquiring about services and/or rates? I do not answer those type of emails and some other providers will not either. I would also suggest resending your email if you do not get an answer your email might have went into her spam folder.
I noticed now that ladies seem to prefer text over email. As far as reaching out in general, I get a response about 80% of the time whether it be via direct email or P411(which I no longer have btw). Since you’re reaching out to ladies who are established, they likely prioritize their regulars over new clients.
It could also be a generational preference. Email is preferred for those over 45 and text for those under 30.
So where does that leave those between 30 and 45?
I never answer text, only email... so it depends of the person.
I been able to connect with 2 established providers and they are slow to respond to the point where I haven’t been able to see them. One was honest enough that she prioritizes anything longer than 1 hour appts. The other one just stopped responding.
With anything longer than an hour getting very $$$ it’s hard to find ladies to see.
I feel your pain, but 20 days, 2 contacts, & no appointment is a pretty long strikeout list unless you only tried a few providers. What $ range are you looking in? Over 1 hour minimum for a first time only sounds typical in the 700+ range. Are you trying agencies or just Indies? No big advice to give you. You have more reviews than me, so I assume you know as much or more.
