I think the market as you describe it has slowly changed over time, and perhaps the clientele has as well. Back in the early 2000s, it was even better - there were agencies, like PC (with the late Michelle) that had b-movie actresses and actual Playboy talent in her stable. Young blond ladies like Brooke (who I then saw at a Playboy event), and a young Heather Saks were the norm, along with Emily (a brunette bombshell in b-movies). Heck, even adult actresses like Amy Reid and Jodie Moore were based in LA.
