In what senario they can do it ?
In an AMP, of course, they can walk in and try to get a gal to offer illegal services, whereupon they'll probably cause trouble for all on the premises.
But even in a pvt residence such as the K Gals use, the police can make an appointment and come in.... That's why I hate when K Gals share a place. Never know when the guy in the other room turns out to be LE....were not careful who you saw and walked into a BP sting. It pays to stick to known reviewed providers for that reason. If you see an unknown provider and she asked what you like, consider cutting your losses and telling her there must have been some misunderstanding and leave. There are some legit providers who are new that make that mistake, but it is a big red flag
I've always wondered about the validity of allowing a provider to touch your wang as a form of verification that neither of you are in LE, at least in LA. Hawaii had a controversial law that allowed undercover officers to have sex with prostitutes as part of their investigation.
LE checks are urban legend. If you're in a room with LE you are going to jail.
