What are some of the best luxury hotels in LA that you've been to/stayed at.  Is there anything in particular about them that you like/ left an impression?

Four Season, Montage, The Peninsula, and Ritz carlton

In Beverly Hills is my Favorite. The brunch on Sundays is what keeps me going back.

Also, Hotel Bel-Air is a good one. Kind of hidden away.

Ditto on the SLS and Montage. Also a huge fan of Shutters in SM. Not sure it's 5 star though but you can't beat the view OR the service.

stayed at a few and if your going to have incall ladies show up or gent who are going to an incall at 5star.

Security and staff can be noisy.

Club level

The service you receive is 2nd to none.  The location depends on what your doing.  Downtown LA is perfect if you need to be in the heart of L.A., but if your enjoying leisure activities visit the Marina Del Rey location it is a quick & beautiful walk to the Marina.

I get worried about providing the "outcall" location, cause I work in Travel, and I don't want my free hotel stays at these fantastic places revoked by having nosy staff about the guests that come in. I suppose its a bit of paranoia... but still. haha. The more security, the more awkward i feel having an unannounced guest coming my way, met in the lobby or not.
