Not the best strategy posting here to find someone last minute. Since posts are moderated, they can take hours before showing up. Then, you're relying on a provider who just happens over here and is available at the last possible minute, and feels comfortable screening you - or not bothering screening - with little to no time. And, you want someone well reviewed to do an outcall. Was this meant to be a joke?

It might help to save a few providers contact info in cities you will be in to try for last minute visits. Do your research and save your favorites. Even get screening out of the way so that when the time comes you don't have to scramble and even possibly have a bad experience.
