I've had a few double dates recently where in the run-up the ladies seemed into each other and then when the date happened it was clear they had no intention to really interact in a fun way.  

Any suggestions on top-tiered double partners with ladies really into being together?  I'd be looking for 9.5 reviewed ladies and up.
