Gnerally interested... but the details are important.

1. Target dates (next week, month, quarter)?

2. Event duration (a few hours, all day, all night, all weekend)?

3. Group size (Intimate-4 to 6 guys and gals, moderate 8 to 12 guys and gals, big 20 to 40 guys and gals)?

4. Buy-in (house fee only & negotiate on demand, cover fee includes fun with 1, cover fee includes all you can eat).

5. Security/vetting/screening?

6. Intel on the ladies?

Not asking you to have specifics, just provide your vision, please.

Life is good

Back in the old days, the last being ~18 years ago,  I went to several M&Gs. They were fun, and I connected with a couple of ladies I'd been wanting to meet. This was before screening required anything more than an OK from another provider.  And I remember they were well attended.
These days, with every cellphone camera a potential source of danger and surveillance on every street corner and building entrance, no way for me.
I hope you have a successful party, but I won't be participating.

The investment to travel to a M&G, and the risk of getting busted does not interest me. Year ago I would waste my time attending meet & greets with no reward. In SD we had a local board that was busted doing this & it’s no fun getting caught in public. I have travel to LA previous with not 1 gent even offering to buy me a drink. If you get a date it’s usually last minute, so it’s rushed. Time, gas, childcare, dog boarding for me just to leave the house this is why I require a deposit to book.

As one who has hosted many successful M and G's in LA, I echo what Herb has said.  U need to provide much more info than you are providing at the present time for pretty much anyone to give you and up or down.

Appreciate the feedback I have received so far. Keep them coming.

In terms of details, I am targeting the end of this month, probably a Friday or Saturday. The event would be in the style of a business mixer starting at 6 and ending at 10. Group size would be 20-30 guys and gals. I'd leave negotiation to gals and gents. The only thing participants would be expected to purchase is a ticket. That ticket would cover the entry and also 1 free drink.

I'm actually considering going with a month notice in advance so I can make plans!

What does the word "negotiation" mean in the conversation?  If it means future dates, no way that should be allowed.   Contact info is fine, just leave it at that.  As far as size of the group, please be aware that guys will come 65% of the time or so.  Ladies about 50%.  A business mixer is good, but will the room be private?  IE, nobody allowed in except confirmed and verified guests.   The ticket price will depend on how much the room rental is (assuming it is private) and price of the drinks.  Good luck to you.

I ‘m a fan of m & g and would love to attend. Bond did a great job hosting them in the past.
