Delisting?

QUESTION FOR PROVIDERS:  I've noticed about a half-dozen providers I was considering had their listings disappear recently.   My understanding is providers can be delisted either at TER's discretion or at the providers request.   So, I'm curious: what are some of the reasons that providers request delisting?   Is it just because they don't like the reviews they received?   Or because they retired?  (there's plenty of listings on here from retired providers.).   Just wondering....

to get any responses from providers because the usual reasons are not very flattering for them.

There is no one answer on that.  Some retire and have their profile taken down.  Some don't like having such detailed reviews up and have it taken down.  Some get hit with bad reviews and have it taken down.  Some might get caught breaking TRE rules and have their profiles taken down by TER.  Maybe they ran into LE trouble and want evidence taken down before it's matched with them.  There are LOTS of reasons for this.

Put yourself in their shoes for a minute.  They almost have to put photos up and even if they obscure their face, there is always a small risk someone who knows them really, really, well like a boy friend, brother, father, or husband might still suspect it's them if they saw photos.  If they don't want that person knowing what they are doing, also finding reviews that spell everything out in graphic detail would only make the situation a lot worse.  Family members can get suspicious if someone seems to never have a regular job yet lives really well.  Those family members could certainly go looking for photos on escort sites.

I have seen ladies without reviews who don't want reviews up.  Typically they have been fine.  Yes it can be an additional risk.  I have to have a good feel to go for something like that.
