A regular provider that I contacted told me she doesn't have an incall but can get a room for us somewhere.  Dumb question maybe but to set expectations is this on her dime or mine? Thanks!

If its your room, you pay, if its her room, she pays.  Usually, she will try to book some additional appointments during the time she has the room to average down her overhead.  It would be gentlemanly to offer, but in my experience, when they book the room, they are not expecting reimbursement because it is HER incall for the day.  Others may have had a different experience.

if a gal doesn't have a static incall, her rates for incall might be higher than they are for outcall.  

let the provider book the room if I was going to pay for it.  I would book it myself and get the airline miles and whatever corporate discounts I might be entitled to through various affiliations.  With that said, if the room is booked just for me, then I agree that it should be my expense, one way or the other, but then I would add that cost to the provider's rate and see how that compares to other providers in the area that have a permanent incall.  If a highly reviewed provider has her own incall and charges $500, and another comparable provider charges $500 but also wants $250 for the room, I have to take that into consideration in making my choice.  Granted, sometimes you will be in love, or at least lust, and the money diffrerence won't matter.  Other times, you may be looking for the most bang (no pun intended) for your buck.  Choose wisely

Unless the provider has an incall arrangement, I generally will pick up the bill. Trust me, it will be appreciated and you will leave a positive impression on them. Otherwise the hotel expense would take a serious bite out of their fee. If you can, always lean towards being generous. Just my opinion.

Also she is the one assuming the financial risk on your behalf.

The general rule that coeur-de-lion is correct.  However, KaylasAngels is correct in that is she is making special arrangements just for you it is reasonable to expect you to pay for it.  However, you have no way of being sure if she is going to book other appointments for the room.  

Also.....If a Gent/Client is overly worried/overthinking, that MAYBE, just MAYBE, she will book another date after YOU, then that is just LUDICROUS!!.....Get over yourself!.  

I haven't had a lot of experience meeting providers in hotels.  Most of the time, they seemed to be working out the room, so it was on them.

not the money, its the lack of control over your environment when you are hobbying.  What happens to a married guy when the bill comes in the mail and his wife asks what happened to the towel the hotel billed separately for?  If he already told her he was staying downtown for an early business meeting, why did he need to take the towel home, and where is it now, or why was the salad and wine on a separate bill?  It just raises unnecessary questions.  I'm single, but I still don't like not being in control of my hobby environment.  If I was married like many of my brethren, I would have to be even more careful.

In my own case, if incall hasn't been possible I let the gentleman book the room.  I figure if he wants to see me I can suggest a few places and he can decide.

Maybe I am reading it wrong, but to me, it sounds like the OP was talking about a regular lady he is seeing.

if he was a regular customer of girl, how would he not already know whether she has an incall or not?  Wouldn't he already have had to meet her at a hotel before this?   I think when he said "regular" he's talking about an indie girl as opposed to an agency girl  That was my understanding from the beginning.  If I got that part wrong, then my advice would be different.

I guy should have his head examined if he does not have his guard up when first meeting a provider.  Coeur-do-lion is very correct.  I would never go for that with someone I didn't know well.  Now once I have gotten to know the provider that might be different.  But as Coeur said, trust must be earned.  

Rereading the original post, it sounds like the OP sees k-girls regularly,  contacted an independent lady who does not have an incall and wants to know who pays for the hotel.   Since the OP is using an alias and has not replied to this post, we will never know what he truly meant.

don't really need a room.  I make no apologies for preferring thin, hot Asian girls.  MILFy Caucasian providers that have to constantly fight the accumulation of body fat because menopause is on the horizon are not appealing to a gym-rat like me.  I hobby four to eight hours a week, so yeah, at $250/hr, I'm getting a lot of mileage for my hobby dollars.  35 year old Asian girls look 25, and 35 year old Caucasian providers look . . . well, AT LEAST 35,  Just mother nature.  It is what it is.  Sorry.
