If what you're seeking is consistently the most attractive-looking talent, go to 4Play.  After visiting ~30 strip clubs in the Socal area, I never bother going anywhere else these days.  Except maybe their sister club, Plan B, which also has great talent, but runs a different vibe with their bikini/full bar/full menu type deal.  Both of these places are generally appointed more to my European taste than other clubs, which can resemble some off-the-strip Vegas deal.

It's funny but amatuer nights aren't even for amateurs anymore. Dancers from other clubs use them to check out a club to see if they might want to work there. Alot of clubs don't even have amateur nights anymore.

Not sure if you are going just to look or to get dances too, but both 4Play and BE are girl friendly. I get very good service from both clubs. Have fun.

While I would always prefer to see a great provider, making all strip clubs seem like a ripoff.  That said, I'm going to toss in a vote for Silver Reign.
