Morton's,Mastro's,STK, or Boa, it's Med-Rare. Now the Pantry, Musso and Franks, Sizzler and Outback, rare as they tend to overcook the steaks. And Norms, is always overcooked but you can't beat the shrimp and steak special for 9.99 and you get the salad and soup INCLUDED...MOFO!!!!

Each offers a different experience. I am more picky on the type of steak (USDA Prime, corn fed most of the time) rather then how it's cooked.

Medium Rare with Roasted Garlic, Onions, Mushrooms and Jalapenos.
