From Bad To Worse

They were good for a while, but I just read that the people who ran The Luxury Companion were indicted on new charges last week--in addition to the charges from 2020 the AG added several counts of conspiracy, money-laundering and perjury.  How the mighty have fallen.

Couldn't link to the story; it's on the KTLA.com website.

...a 12 count criminal complaint against three defendants based upon an investigation which had been going on since 2018.  Apparently, nothing happened with that criminal complaint so the new Attorney General, presented the case to a grand jury and they returned a 20 count indictment against the same defendants.

This is one reason I tend to avoid agencies in the United States.  Yeah, I have used agencies here before and yes, then eventually tend to get shut down.  Last one I used was a long time ago and sure enough, it was later shut down.  You never know what records might get found.  This can also apply to providers who get a little greedy and start recruiting other ladies to work out of their incall.  They can easily underestimate the extra risk they are taking.  I knew one once in D.C. that got a little too much visibility that way.  Also those of you who have been around in the L.A. area since the early 2000s might remember Wendy.  She had a great thing going while it lasted.  But no doubt when it went bad, it went really bad.

Best to stick with independents unless you're looking for K-girls or are in Europe.  In Europe it's been my experience that agencies are worth using and are often the best way to go.

...very young and very smart.  But she was too inexperienced to run that kind of business.  It's too hard to be an escort and also be in charge, especially with the volume they did.

Wendy and I grew up in the same area so we became friends.  In an incredibly strange coincidence, I had been friends with her uncle who died before she was born.  I told her things about him that her mother didn't even know.

I was pretty active in LA then, but I'm drawing a blank on that name.  Was she the B4L Concierge?

I don't recall her being associated with that name.  Since she is out of the business, I don't really want to be giving any more descriptive details other than the name she once used.

In fact, that was her email address: Wendyandthegirls@----------.  They didn't have a website as I recall.  It was all word of mouth.

No BCL (Break For Lunch) was formerly known as Platinum Connections and was run by Michelle. If I recall accurately she was murdered. BCL/PC was top-notch.

I heard that Michelle overdosed.
