...can't afford to consult with a lawyer?  Really?

OK then, you can call the Bar Association of Baltimore City for a FREE consultation.  FREE! FREE! FREE!
They will answer your general questions.  If that's not enough, they will refer you to a qualified attorney where you will get an initial 30 minute consultation for $35.  That shouldn't put too much of a crimp in your hobbying budget, should it?

If anyone would be willing to pm me I have a few legal questions for a Lawyer.  Just some simple advice.

Thanks in advance

for the ultimate cheapskate.  An initial consultation with a lawyer is usually $35-50, and they have to maintain attorney-client privilege, so there is NO risk to talking to a real lawyer about ANYTHING rather than taking your chances here on getting bad advice form someone you don't know.  Just my opinion, but if there are lawyers here willing to do it, be my guest.

Key in the state you are in add CS after it and enter the topic next.
I doubt any lawyer will want to offer but good luck some are willing.

What are the odds some clown isn't going to yank your chain just for fun?

I would just stare at the middle of this douche' forehead with a bewildered look just to make him paranoid .. hahaha

I prefer to handle my own legal affairs. Of course naturally you want to seek advise to reassure yourself, but lawyers won't always have your best interest. There can be small details missed that could drown you but them getting paid is priority. Go to the library, law and ethics section. Go to your municipal court for resources. Look up the laws of your state (not googling them preferably because you will find internet versions of what the law actually states) by researching local or university libraries. Library of congress for example. If you must use the internet, stay off of .com and .org sites. Only use .gov or .edu.
