I am new to this and would like to know - if you make an appointment for a sensual full body massage and goto the provider can you be arrested??  What if this includes a HJ??  No FS or BJ.  Just trying to get some info.  Thanks for such a great site.

In some States HJ is a crime, i e, Wisconsin.
In most others it is not.
You have to check the actual wording of the written law in the State where you plan to be whacked off. Go to FindLaw.com and the statutes in the whack State. Bjs and fs are crimes in every State, more or less.
Be careful what you say.
LE almost never offers a massage experience in order to arrest someone for seeking out a hooverization. LE tries to get you to ask for a bbj or fs. Don't ask. Just say you want a relaxing massage, period.

Of course, LE officers lie more than any class of court witnesses, other than drug dealers. You must assume that LE will lie because that's what they do, because they think they are doing the world a favor to get bj-seekers off the streets, since bjs cause earthquakes and tidal waves and overflights by aliens in UFOs.

Learn how to study the TER reviews. See providers only who have a few thorough reviews with the sort of experience you want. Take a rabbit's foot along with you for good luck. Even better, a rabbit's schlong.

if you make an appt for a massage you probably won't get arrested.

if you talk to the provider on the phone and ask if there are "extras" or "full service" or a hand job.. even "terms" that are used in teh business...then when you show up and there are cops waiting to bust you....they may hae that phone call taped.  they will say you called, made an appt for a "massage" but hinted at extras, and showed up expecting them.

if you just say "i want a massage" and show up...that's not a crime.  when you ask for anything that involves touchign your genitals or hers for money..then it's a crime.

Probably not whole lot more, but you would have to do something in person.  They usually try to get you to say what you're looking for once you get there.

In California the violation of Prostitution is the offering of sex for money, or the offering of money for sex.  If you don't mention money or sex, there is no violation.  Two adults having consentual sex is not a crime.  Never mention those 2 words and have a voice activated tape recorder on your person, and you should be safe.  Good Luck

I can't understand why everyone is worried about trial/testimony.
Think with your big head.

If you have any inkling that things are not as they seem, i.e. this is too good to be true, what is this 20 year old with a killer bod and all her teeth who you've never seen before doing out on the street where the average provider offers $30 BJ's, then walk away.

In REAL LIFE, it goes like this:

You talk to the provider (it doesn't matter what you say)

The provider cues the arrest team (they're always there)

You get arrested with all the attendant publicity, i.e. john pages, name/address published in local paper, etc.  your private life as you knew it is over, your marriage is over,

You plead guilty.

Talk of some magic words that will get you a HJ and not arrested when you walk into a LE sting is lunacy.

What you say does matter. Guess thats the difference between a trial litigator and a shyster looking to take your cash an plead you out.

If in your conversation with the UC posing as an escort you dont fulfill the terms of a basic contract the reviewing deputy DA should be hard pressed to want to get his/her ass kicked in public to satisfy the business owners in the effected area. So if you don't offer consideration or don't speak in specific terms that a reasonable person would believe to acceptance you can beat this kind of LE activity.  Simply put never deal with an alleged SW who will not get in your car. If she wants to negotiate from the window and refuses to get in, pass. If she offers instructions rather than going for a ride, won't let you touch her or touch you, lose the bitch next block. If you've only asked her to take a ride you've done nothing wrong.

Lastly, it aint the end of the world if arrested. If you have a marriage before you'll have one during and after. The quality of that marriage is unique to you. As far as things being published the information is public knowledge but only those individuals registered with the local LE can get it. So you will receive about 5 letters from the previously mentioned sharks trying to pay for their beach house at your expense then its only the probation and court notice left. If you can have your mail forwarded immediately after for 2 months you're fine.  Another thing to try is give the fucking LEs the name and mailing address for your attorney if you can remember. When they ask for address give them that address. It will piss them off so plan on staying 5 extra hours in jail but what the hell. Gives you time to get your lie in order before returning to work or home.

Lastly, should you be arrested dont make any statements and call a lawyer that has trial experience. You dont want to pay a jerk that is only interested in taking your money. You've perhaps made one bad mistake. Dont compound your earlier error by chosing the wrong legal representation.

Also remember the john school being offered in some jurisdictions is run my individuals. those person may or may not adhere to the laws related to privacy.  you might want to consider using pob and vm numbers for the john school also if john school is an offer.
