are you asking a question or just trying to see how many people will read a message that has eom at the end?
the reason agencies exist is because they are still needed and most of them preform a valuable service... screening if not safety.
for a fee, they Should take all the important info of a client while not pandering or soliciting (tricky, but not impossible)
call and check on a lady to make sure she is not dead, and if she is in trouble, call the cops.
really.
if it is a good agency, the owner has a lawyer and an accountant to share.
