I just have a quick question.  I'm a photographer and a fairly successful one.  I got curious and posted up an ad on CL's ero section in regards for a trade of services.  I got contacted by a few of the providers and haven't met up with one yet.  My question is that if no money is being exchanged for mutually beneficial services what/if any laws am I breaking.  Thanks I know it’s a noobie question but just want to make sure my bases are covered before anything.  Thanks again

Prostitution is prostitution regardless of what you trade for sex.  Money, "gifts", services, it's all the same.  Exchanging anyting of value for sex is prostitution - and offering to do so is solicitation.

It depends on which state you're in.

In most states, the prostitution laws are written such that giving anything of value for sex is prostitution.  It doesn't have to be actual cash.

If a wife gives her husband a BJ because he fixed her car, that is prostitution in most states.

Frankly, trading for services is not something I'd recommend.  It's fairly likely that one party may feel they got the short end of the stick.  It's a much cleaner relationship if both you and the provider work for cash.
