I am concerned about giving personal information to a service or a provider. What happens if they get busted and turn over info on their clients to LE? What happened in the Heidi Fleiss case?
I have wondered the same thing, to tell you the truth - but if the information is shared, what's the real risk? In other words, so what if the lady has a list on which your name is included. It doesn't prove you did anything, just a name on a list.
If the list was released to the newspaper, you'd have the nuisance factor, but I can't see what legal case could be made over it without catching you in the act.
