I do not know Mass. state law nor Boston's city ordinances.  I can tell you this: you cannot offer sex for money or other valuable consideration and I'd bet you need a city and/or a county license; maybe even a state license.  Go to a lawyer.  Don't be cheap about this. It can cost you a lot in the longer run.  And if your lawyer offers his services for some escort services, get another lawyer.

Basically, you want to set it up just like any other business.  Apply for a Federal ID#, using a Federal SS-4 form.  Send me an email [email protected] and I can help you get together a basic set of documents to get it going.

I actually am a few weeks away on setting up service in NJ/NY.  Any advice as to what I need to get started and to stay in business for a long duration?

I registered a Domain name, I registered my business name with the IRS as a dating service, and I will not mention sex and will refer to money as a donation once I get my website built.

As far as I know, as an agency, how can they bust you if you try to separate yourself as much as you can from the providers themselves?
