LOL.... um, no. First of all when you work at a legal brothel you are not an employee, you are an independent contractor, so no, no violation of anti trust laws as those are to promote healthy competition between corporations and businesses.
House minimum pricing in legal brothels is really set among the girls that work there as well as the brothel to prevent new and also not business savvy girls from being taken advantage of and also to keep the integrity of brothel. It is of course not a law but more of a rule followed.
Clearly this violates the Sherman Anti Trust Act.
Any agreement to fix minimum prices is a violation and the fact that each provider is an independent contractor or not because each of them have conspired to set a minimum price.

Zero experience or knowledge of the Nevada houses but isn't the minimum more or less linked to the House Fee? The house wants X per hour for the room and amenities to cover their costs (electric bill, water bill, laundry, ...) and everything else ABOVE that minimum is negotiable.
