what if you get wrongly charged with solit.  and you moved away and never plan on returning..you tried to settle even will plea guilty but they made the sentence "unworkable" community service  i you live 2500 miles away,,, i offered to take max fine for misdemeaner because i live far away... so i guess i will have a warrant  but i have no need nor do i want to return to that state can i get arrested in the other 49 states if i get a speading ticket because of that stupid warrant

You need to hire a lawyer in the state of the incident, that laywer can tell the judge you are unable to complete your sentence.  Perhaps they will opt for a fine or some other form of out of state community service.  You can hire a lawyer over the phone, pay by credit card or paypal, and he (or she) can appear in court without you.  Your lawyer can lift the warrant and settle the case again to make other arrangements.

I don't do criminal law, but I believe you would probably not be brought in by warrant in another state.  I am not sure so don't take my word for it.  However, if you are arrested for some other crime you will be sent back to the other state to serve your time or to resolve the issue.  It is very bad to violate probation.  You could be in big trouble.  If you are pulled over in your home state and they find the warrant, you are dead.

i hired a lawyer in that state,, i don't know why my case is not dissmissed ,,but anyway it seems they are too diffucult to deal with,,,they offerd 10 days work furlow....but i live thousands of miles away i am not flying cross country to  work in calf.  cannot afford hotels, flight etc,,this case has bankrupt  me  (10 grand so far) i have already paid $1000 cash bail i am willing to take the BS plea to get it over with,,but it needs to be "doable".. plus it was a scummy illegal sting i did nothing illegal and got arrested,,,they have a tape,,but it tookk six months to turn it over  and it has me refusing $$ and the cop being a pervert...i don't ever plan on going back,,,so if i have a warrant does it matter??

Having any warrant can make things bad for you.  You might never get caught.  But you might, and fleeing prosecution is considered a bad thing.
