Girl I visit has had two busts in last two years; both times she plead gulity without a lawyer - first time, a fine, second time, community service - picking up trash. Prosecutor has her very spooked telling her thrid conviction means mandatiry 90 days and no discretion for probation, etc. She is not real clear as to what she actullay plead to but beleives it was unlicensed massage. Anyone know if its correct that a thrid conviction menas a mandatory 90 days in jail?
