The Supreme Court of Canada heard a challenge to Canada's prostitution laws today.
Does anyone know how long the SCOC normally takes before issuing a ruling?

By the end of the Summer when one judge's term expires.

Remember outcall has always been legal just like almost all the world.  The issue is incalls (seldom enforced "bawdy house" 1850 law and of course the right of street hookers vs force them to only be in doors and safer.

Agencies, ads solicitation by phone etc never an problem just not in a public "place" like streets or public areas like bar or lobby of a hotel.

We should be blessed to have even the current Canadian situation or like in the U.K. only 1 prostitute at a time in an incall allowed which is the big issue to allow more than one.
