The Iowa Supreme Court (all male) ruled 7-0 that an employer could fire an employee simply because he is irresistably attracted to her.
A 53 year old dentist fired a 32 year old employee who had worked for him for 10 years. There was no flirtation or sexual harassment. She thought of her boss as a father figure but he fired her because he was afraid his marriage might break up because he would eventually try to hit on his employee.
The Supreme Court ruled that it was more important for a horndog to save his marriage than the right of a woman to keep her job when she did nothing wrong.
Whether it's a Supreme Court justice or a horny dentist, it seems like all men think with the little head.

Seems to me that the case was harassment (based on the comments that I read)...and the dumb shit attorney didn't recognize how to actually build the case properly.
So when it got to the Iowa Supreme Court those judges were left with little to go on other than a simple firing of an employee...which was proper.
Next time the gal should hire a male attorney who really understood what the dentist was really trying to accomplish LOL
