I own a website similar to sd-exotics. I try to keep this info out of the public eye in my very small community of about 35 neighbors. Recently a neighbor who knew about my ownership has been emailing neighbors and dropping off pamphlets saying that I was conducting illegal activities out of my home - "cyber-pimping and prostitution, johns and prostitutes" were words used to describe my business. I have filed a lawsuit of slander and libel per se. Does ANYONE out there have a similar experience they could share with me? Thanks in advance

If I were you, I'd simply allow this person the opportunity to live out whatever simplistic exercise in emotional masturbation they're doing and just move on. Suing them is only going to drag it out, cost alot of $$ and give them something else to blab about with the neighbors.
In the end, you're going to have to stand in front of a judge (most of whom didn't get there by being non-judgemental) and explain that despite your association with this questionably legal site, this person slandered you by blabbing about your business to the neighbors.
