The DOJ and FBI have unbridled discretion to go after anyone who possesses child pornography or sees a minor for sex in a way that violates the Mann or Travel Acts.
If you search the Mann/Travel Act prosecutions since 1990, almost all involved a minor or some aspect of child pornography. Those are the red flags.
There is no reason to be complacent, however.
The worst is yet to come.
If you see an ad for a minor, don't download it.
It would be kind to warn the minor to get out of the biz, and the others to do the same.
The subject is not debatable because the fibbies loves these cases.
The only word in my vocab about this is DELETE, DELETE.
When I get a come on e-mail from a minor, I reply NO WAY, NOT INTERESTED and save the exculpatory evidence.
