Let me make two quick points and move on: 1) This is the business of human relations. BBFS is generally an off the menu item. As such, it really shouldn't be discussed in a public fora. 2) I used to be a regular with the apartment k-girls in LA and SJ. You have this cross section of clients who are regular posters on TER.
