Looking to treat a special someone to a day or more spa treatment - Skin care, mud bath, steam room, heated rock massage, mani/peti, the works.  Looking for stress release and mental detox.

Ladies, where do you go for the full treatment.  Aware of one in the Cosmo but sure they may be a hidden jem only locals know.

Caesars Palace, Palms Place, & Bellagio for spa treatment...

Wish I new of local hidden gems... but these places are fabulous (worth every penny)

Cosmopolitan offers amazing treatments but I love the Canyon Ranch Spa at the Venitian.  The facilities at  the Canyon Ranch  have a lot more to offer. It's easy to spend the whole afternoon there.

Any spas with suites that may offer couples some private play area?

I know several people who use Canyon. There are people who fly in on Friday to use the pool and frequent the spa until they fly out on Sunday.
