So how do they pick Miss TER?  What is the criteria? Just curious.

April I look forward to meeting you this fall.

I have never made my admiration and respect for April Luv a secret and this only goes to support everything I have ever said in that regard.  This recognition so well deserved the only thing surprising is it took so long.
Sonia I do not know, but she clearly must be quite exceptional to be honored in this way, as well.

My hat is off to both of you, ladies!  Thank you for being such a huge attribute to Las Vegas and the Hobby community.

The announcement (not really an announcement but they just show up on your home page) is made some time in the middle of the month for the previous month. For example, April was just named today as Miss June. Sometime in the middle of August, Miss July will be named.  

Criteria are based on a number of things. Partially it's based on likes on the photo only board. The person with the most likes for the month doesn't always win, but it is still a big part of the selection and someone with few or no likes, or who doesn't post on the photo board will not win. TER also takes into consideration: reviews, board participation, member in good standing, and other criteria at admin's discretion.

Thanks for the explanation.   I never really go on the photo board, but I guess it's something I need to check out once in a while.
