When looking at all the cars to choice from to race around LV Motor Speedway, that was my first choice!!! Wish they had a SLR though!  

Anyway, you could always do a social/private time date with a lady and race it around the track a few times. Perhaps winner takes all or some other fun, naughty bet for afterwards. Just don't be gracious and let the lady win, I'd want to beat you fair and square.  

If you do decide to do that, I would love to join you and am happy to create a special block of time just for you & this experience!
