Confused about reviewsred_smile

I'd love to hear all your takes on this one.  I've been researching providers for my upcoming Vegas trip.  I have picked out a few.  In some of their profiles it states bj without condom(which is one of my faves).  Then when you read their reviews some have cbj and others have bbbj.  Do hobbyists not understand the terminology?  Does it depend on the provider's mood or the man??   I could see how having false information in one's reviews could be damaging to a girls reputation.  Would I be out of line if I asked a provider if she provides a cbj or bbbj before I set an appointment?

All reviews are YMMV, the ladies always have a choice. From talking to the ladies you hear all kinds of stories of guys that are rank and just plain filthy when they come to a session. You can see why a lady might prefer everything covered in that situation. Also some guys prefer covered to uncovered, mostly a health issue. Of course there are probably a few that just don't really understand the abbreviations and are willing to learn. Last but not least are the fake reviews that any popular provider is going to acquire. Guys trying to put in their reviews so they can get a free membership. They make shit up and as long as it is not too out of line, they are seldom taken down. Which is another thing the ladies like to complain about :)

Is there any way to update the services offered area once the orginal review is posted? I believe thereafter everyone uses the same review info (general info, services offered) and only posts his own details and rate scores. An exemple is Nicole, in services offered it says "kiss" without tongue, yet every review that is posted she is DFKing. If I were someone new and was looking for a provider who DFK, just based on her services offered area I would pass over Nicole and not give her a second thought because she doesn't meet my needs.  Is it possible to have a general info area. and then allow the reviewer to post services offered then give details... this may crack down on the YMMV bail option. my .02

I agree with Spinner.  I've written to the staff about this in the past and have gotten no response.  Whenever I post on a board asking for help seeking a provider I always get the "just use the search function" answer.  I do, but lets face it, its pretty useless except for the basics like location and hair color because its based on the first review.  What if she gave a CBJ that first time and never again?  Some would pass her by because they think she'll give a CBJ.  What if the first review is totally fake?  Its very frustrating.  The providers profile must be updated on a regular basis.

is that what you guys are asking for is a tall task.  Would take too much work.  Looks to me like it would take a major overhaul of the database.

I agreee with you totally.  We answer a lot of questions in the initial sections of a new review that don't seem to show up anywhere later. For the purposes of providing information to the hobbyist in searches, the answers are thus essentially lost. Questions like:

Actual services provided:
Sex:

Once I complained about having to provide explicit details and staff answered that he could not tell sometimes from the review text if we had even had sex.   LOL, he would know if he could read the answer we had just provided to that very question!!

Point is, the database, or maybe the viewer, has some bad flaws conceptually.  Info is collected that can't be managed or put to good use in searches.  I suspect it would take too much work to re-do it and so we'll probably just have to live with it as it is.

But so what?  We just have to hunt a little harder for what we're looking for, and that perhaps adds a little to the excitement when we do find it.

All review questions and requests need to be posted on the Suggestions/Policy Board or sent directly to Staff. Moderators have no more control of reviews than you do. We only run the Discussion Boards.

And what a fine job you do at moderating!

At the top of each Profile is a button to Report a Problem.  This opens a window for an email to staff.  You can use this to send staff correct information about a profile although based on personal experience, it is important to prove that your corrections are valid.  It does work.

Once you log in,even if you are just a basic member, when you are looking at the providers profile, click on the Report a Problem .You can then report what needs to be changed & TER will generally correct the profile in a couple days.

The correct procedure to send in a correction is to click on the Report Problem button. This sends a short note to the TER staff and someone looks into it.

If have a continuing problem and/or think your problem reports are being ignored, you can TERmail Staff. Staff actually owns the board, so I wouldn't be bugging him without good cause.
