I am going in for laser therapy at 12:30 today to stop smoking… Will update later on how it goes

just understand that a support group will assist greatly in therapy like this.  It will ease your need for nicotine, but it won't eliminate it.

I know a few people that have had the laser therapy done and say it really helps with quitting,of course at least one of them asks me for a cigarette whenever we see each other...but I guess the rest of the time she does well.

Quitting is not easy, I've tried more times than I can, or care to, remember, and failed each of those times...
I hope this is the thing that helps you be able to quit for good.
