As you have probably read here, Vegas caters more toward the Tourist Trade than prob any other major city (except maybe Orlando?). As a result, while a small number of ladies offer in-call, those that do tend to be a distance from the strip.
An alternative might be grabbing a room in one of the places just off the strip. Discuss this with the lady. I suspect they have dealt with this before and have prefered places.
