Hi Sailors and Sirens,
I am coming to Vegas on June 18th-21st. I've reached out to Heather of Vegas, she's from Tampa and have gotten some great tips from her. Thank you, Heather! I've also reached to a local friend here who has given me alot of great places to eat and some hiking adventures. If anyone can tell me great places to go dancing, really great food since I am a foodie (does not have to be expensive) and your choice of hotels. I'm hoping I am staying on the strip, this is a business/pleasure trip. So, it's wherever they put me. I feel like a kid in a candy shop coming to Las Vegas. Now, I see why everyone gets so excited! Hope to meet some new friends while I'm here too. Any helpful advice and suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Splashing Good Times,I love McMullan's Irish Pub. It's on Trop just past the Orleans. The Lotus of Siam is great Thai food. And if you never had an In and Out Burger try one!
Plus one on lotus of Siam!!
at Hugo's Cellar, Four Queens. For real, that food was amazing!

Also Guy Savoy at Caesar's.
I am assuming you will not a car, so getting a hotel close to monorail would be a good option. Cabs are plenty in Vegas; but the $$$$ can add up.
Also, walking it a great option, but June the temps will be hot (just like you...smile),
These are ONLY the places I have tried
Thank you all!
I'm still waiting on my hotel to know where I will be, up to my business where I will be. Plane tickets are bought! YAY! I'm hoping I have a car. I was told by SoftlySarah to go hiking, so I think I need a car to travel there. If you need info on hiking let me know as I've gone to lots of places around Vegas, and you will need a car.
oh i forgot what i was going to say
oh yeah dancing/ food BROOKLYN BOWL THE CROMWELL is right down the STREETDancing!
It depends what kind of music you are in to, but really .. Anywhere and everywhere! You really can't go wrong here with food and fun!If you like sushi........I mean real Japanese sushi..........NOT some American concoction.........like peanut butter and jelly roll (only exaggerating). Then Tokyo Boys on Stephanie and Warm Springs Road is the absolute best. It is a little more expensive (but you get what you pay for, as many of our local providers will confirm) but you will not be able to beat the quality, freshness, and craftsmanship of this sushi.
